Institute Symbiosis (Zavod Symbiosis) is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation, working in the fields of nature conservation research and education in Slovenia and abroad. 'Symbiosis' is a Greek word, meaning 'living together', which is often interpreted as 'living in harmony'. Our long-term goal is to contribute to balanced co-existence of humans and nature. To reach this goal we carry out research and education projects. Institute Symbiosis also strives to "symbiosis" with other organisations in the field of nature conservation. All rights reserved.
